Job Description
Product Listings And Optimization
- Create and manage product listings on various online marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, specialized industry marketplaces)
- Ensure product information is accurate, detailed, and optimized for search visibility
- Continuously update product listings with new information, images, and specifications
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure timely restocking
- Manage and update stock availability on marketplace platforms to avoid overselling
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues through marketplace messaging systems
- Handle customer complaints and returns in a professional manner
- Track and analyze sales data from marketplaces to identify trends and opportunities
- Provide regular reports on marketplace performance to management
- Use insights to make data-driven decisions to improve sales and profitability
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase product visibility and sales
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align marketplace promotions with overall marketing campaigns
