We are looking for a Sales Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Manila!

Key responsibilities:

Working as a Sales Recruiter Consultant means that you will be working closely with our business development team and assisting them in the recruitment process for the open positions our clients have.

Sourcing potential candidates in international markets through a variety of methods and identifying potential talents in the market via LinkedIn, Job portals, Internal Database, and Personal networks.

Pipelining good-fit candidates and interviewing them via telephone and video calls for active roles.

Being accountable for weekly KPIs and targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any related field

Previous sales experience

Fluent in English, written and spoken, able to work full-time in English

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Energetic and positive individual, oriented towards constantly improving his/her skills

Sales and result-driven mindset

Leadership skills preferred
