Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the potential candidates who respond to our marketing to assess how well they align with the client's job specifications.
• Reach out to these candidates to discuss the job opportunity they responded to further.
• Schedule interviews with candidates who fit the job and are interested.
• Conduct remote interviews to understand relevant details about their skills, experience, priorities, and interests, and to address concerns.
• Carefully document relevant details while talking.
• Present job opportunities in a way that emphasizes how the job fits what the candidate is looking for.
• Develop job submittal write-ups and resume reviews to submit to clients that encourage them to interview your candidates.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of doing detail-oriented support work
• Experience supporting a US Company
• Very strong English Speaking Skills
• Willingness to work US hours
• A well-functioning computer
• High-speed internet access

Preferences:

• Recruiting industry experience
