Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Quality Analyst role based in Pasig. The Sales Quality Analyst will monitor and analyze sales operations to identify trends and areas for improvement. Daily responsibilities include conducting quality assurance checks, evaluating sales team performance, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards, and providing actionable insights to improve processes. Additionally, the role involves creating and implementing effective quality control measures and regularly reporting findings to key stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Management practices
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Excellent Communication skills for providing feedback, creating reports, and collaborating with the team
  • Ability to work with a team and adapt to dynamic environments
  • Previous experience in sales quality analysis or a related role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
