Sales Project Manager with GHL Expertise
We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Sales Project Manager with GoHighLevel (GHL) expertise to help build, manage, and optimize our sales and operations systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys setting up automations, managing processes, and acting as a trusted right-hand partner in running day-to-day sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and optimize automations and campaigns using GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Build and maintain AI phone systems, Zapier integrations, and CRM workflows
- Create and manage SMS and email campaigns
- Handle data filtration, system maintenance, and process optimization
- Oversee and support VAs handling cold calling activities
- Monitor system performance and ensure smooth daily operations
- Continuously improve workflows and operational efficiency
- Act as an operations-focused partner to ensure processes are followed and improved over time
Qualifications
- Strong experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) campaign setup and automation
- Hands-on experience with Zapier, CRM systems, and workflow automation
- Familiarity with AI phone systems and sales automation tools
- Strong project management and process management skills
- Ability to lead, monitor, and support virtual assistants
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable following US time zones
- Willing and comfortable using a time tracker

Compensation
