We are looking for a Sales Planning Lead with proven experience in demand planning and sales operations. This role is responsible for turning business goals into accurate sales and demand forecasts, ensuring smooth product availability. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end sales planning process, from forecasting to performance tracking, while partnering closely with Buying, Business Operations, and Finance teams to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the demand planning cycle for business-as-usual and seasonal sales planning to balance availability with business targets.
- Align cross-functionally with Buying, Business Operations, and Finance to synchronize pricing, promotions, and commercial strategies.
- Translate forecasts into action by converting demand plans into inventory requirements that secure product availability and minimize risk of overstock or shortage.
- Monitor and adapt by tracking performance against forecast, identifying variances, and implementing timely course corrections.
- Provide decision support through clear, insightful reporting on sales and inventory that enables leadership to make informed strategic choices.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in sales or demand planning, preferably within FMCG or a similarly fast-moving environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with BI, forecasting, or reporting tools is highly desirable. SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams on common goals.
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, capable of translating data into actionable insights.
