Job Description

Responsible for monitoring sales performance, tracking KPIs, analyzing trends, and preparing reports to support business decisions. Ensures target achievement, operational efficiency, and continuous process improvement through data-driven insights and performance monitoring.

Qualification

  • s:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, or any related fie
  • ldAt least 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales performance management, business analytics, reporting, or operational monitori
  • ngStrong experience in KPI tracking, sales forecasting, revenue monitoring, and performance analysis across multiple sales channe
  • lsKnowledgeable in sales funnel management, lead conversion analysis, productivity tracking, and identifying sales leakage or operational ga
  • psProficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards), Power BI, Google Sheets, or other reporting and visualization too
  • lsExperience in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly executive reports and presenting insights to management and stakeholde
  • rsStrong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendatio
