The
Sales Performance and Analytics Officer-Wealth drives data-driven performance management across Wealth Management, UFSI, and Private Banking. The role is responsible for designing and delivering scorecards, dashboards, and analytics that guide frontline sales performance. Turn complex data into actionable insights to support business growth, productivity, and decision-making
Duties And Responsibilities
Scorecard Development & Management
- Design, code, and maintain performance scorecards for Wealth, UFSI, and Private Banking segments
- Ensure alignment of metrics with business targets, KPIs, and product priorities
- Maintain accuracy, transparency, and governance of performance data
Productivity Analytics & Insights
- Track and analyze RM-level productivity metrics (e.g., revenue, client acquisition, product penetration)
- Identify trends, gaps, and performance opportunities
- Deliver actionable insights to sales leaders for decision-making and performance uplift
Incentive & Performance Tracking
- Support incentive computation and performance monitoring frameworks
- Ensure scorecards align with incentive schemes to drive desired sales behaviors
- Provide clear visibility of performance standings to frontline teams
Dashboard & MIS Development
- Build and maintain dashboards and MIS reports for performance tracking
- Translate complex data into simple, intuitive, and user-friendly visualizations
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting for leadership and business reviews
Coaching & Sales Enablement
- Convert analytics into coaching insights for RM performance improvement
- Support sales effectiveness initiatives through data-driven recommendations
- Enable weekly/monthly performance reviews with reliable and relevant data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Math, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
- Experience in data analytics, performance reporting, or MIS within banking, financial services, or similar industries
- Proficient in coding and analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, or similar)
- Experience in data visualization and creating clear, impactful insights (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
- Strong ability to present complex data in simple, actionable formats
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator with the ability to translate data into business recommendations
