Job Description
As a Sales & Operations Support, you will focus on supporting sales and operations through multi-channel sales strategy execution, revenue management, retail account oversight, operational coordination, cross-functional leadership, data analysis, and team development.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute the company's multi-channel sales strategy across major retailers.
- Own revenue targets and monthly/quarterly forecasting to drive predictable and profitable growth.
- Identify new sales opportunities, expansion categories, and untapped retail channels.
- Manage key account relationships, including buyers, category managers, and marketplace partners.
- Lead pricing strategy, promotional planning, and margin optimization across all platforms.
- Review performance analytics to identify top performers, slow movers, and ROI optimization opportunities.
- Retail Account & Partner Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for major retail and marketplace partners.
- Manage onboarding, compliance, portal updates, and operational requirements for all accounts.
- Coordinate with marketing for content optimization (imagery, A+ content, enhanced brand pages).
- Resolve retailer escalations quickly and maintain high service-level performance.
- Operations Management:
- Oversee demand planning, inventory forecasting, and replenishment to minimize stockouts and overstock.
- Partner with warehouse leadership to ensure efficient fulfillment, logistics, and 3PL performance.
- Improve operational workflows to support scalable growthorder processing, overallocation, delayed orders, freight, pick/pack, and returns.
- Monitor and manage supply chain timelines including sourcing, production, and inbound freight.
- Ensure compliance with retailer routing guides, packaging standards, and quality control requirements.
- Work with external partners on order flow management and technology developments.
- Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Partner with Product Development to plan item launches, innovation, and assortment expansion.
- Collaborate with Marketing on channel-specific campaigns, promotional calendars, and brand positioning.
- Work closely with Finance on sales projections, budgeting, pricing, and profitability analysis.
- Support HR in building the sales and operations team as the company scales.
- Data, Reporting & Performance Optimization:
- Maintain data for sales velocity, margin, inventory turns, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze weekly and monthly business reports to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement across sales processes, inventory management, and retail execution.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Manage and mentor a high-performing sales and operations team.
- Establish clear goals and accountability frameworks.
- Foster a culture of ownership, speed, and cross-team communication.
- Strategic Planning & Executive Leadership:
- Contribute to company-wide strategic planning alongside the executive team.
- Provide insights on long-term channel strategy, operational scaling, and product opportunities.
- Lead initiatives that strengthen the company's competitive position in the kids furniture and home organization categories.
