Job Summary
The Sales Operations Supervisor plays a critical role in driving operational excellence within the Sales Operations team. This position ensures efficiency, accuracy, and consistency of processes while acting as a key partner to Sales Operations and Sales Leaders. The role requires proactive identification of process improvements, strong data driven decision making, and a commitment to coaching and developing a high performing team.

Duties And Responsibilities
Operational Leadership and Process Optimization
- Oversee daily operations of the Sales Operations team to ensure optimal resource utilization and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall team performance
- Utilize reporting platforms to analyze trends, assess workload distribution, and support business objectives with data driven insights
- Act as the primary point of contact for communication with Account Managers and assigned Operations teams, ensuring seamless collaboration
- Maintain strong organizational discipline to manage multiple tasks while ensuring timely execution
Team Development and Performance Management
- Provide continuous coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure the team meets and exceeds expectations
- Conduct performance evaluations and establish clear, measurable goals aligned with company objectives
- Foster a culture of accountability by defining KPIs and holding employees responsible for performance outcomes
- Proactively identify and address workload challenges, interpersonal conflicts, and performance concerns
- Develop employees by encouraging a growth mindset and commitment to ongoing professional development
Collaboration and Strategic Execution
- Partner with Sales Leaders to align Sales Operations strategies with overall business goals
- Support Operations Leadership in executing Wildly Important Goals and company initiatives
- Serve as a backup resource to assist coordinators when necessary to ensure smooth team operations

Experience Requirements
- One to two years of experience in Sales Operations or a similar role
- One to two years of leadership experience managing a team of three or more employees
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems required; Salesforce and Oracle E Business Suite preferred but not required
