We are looking for a high-energy, versatile
Sales & Foreman to lead our solar tinting operations. You will be the face of the brandscouting for clients, closing deals, and managing the installation team on-site. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who enjoys being in the field, riding their motorcycle to site visits, and using social media to showcase our high-quality work.
What will you be doing
- Sales & Lead Generation: Actively seek out new residential and commercial clients through field prospecting and networking.
- Social Media Management: Create engaging content (photos/videos) of ongoing and finished projects to post on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to attract new leads.
- Site Inspection & Quoting: Conduct site visits (via motorcycle) to measure windows, assess tinting needs, and provide accurate on-the-spot quotations.
- Project Supervision (Foreman): Lead and supervise the installation crew to ensure every job meets quality and safety standards.
- Client Management: Build strong relationships with customers, explaining the benefits of solar tinting (heat reduction, UV protection) and handling after-sales support.
- Inventory & Coordination: Ensure the team has the necessary materials for each job and coordinate schedules to meet project deadlines.
What are we looking for
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in sales (preferably in solar, automotive, or construction) and 1 year in a supervisory or foreman role.
- Mobility: Must have a valid drivers license and own a motorcycle for quick and efficient travel between site visits.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using social media apps for business promotion and basic mobile tools for reporting.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to lead a small team with a positive attitude.
- Physical Fitness: Comfortable working in various weather conditions and standing for extended periods during installations.
