Roles And Responsibilities
- Process and manage sales orders from receipt through delivery.
- Coordinate with production, finance, and logistics/supply chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Resolve order discrepancies, delays, and internal coordination issues.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Manage lead processes, including qualifying incoming leads, allocating to partners, and coordinating with Business Development Managers.
- Handle and manage sales-related calls and customer inquiries.
- Assist with quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, product details, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain and update customer and partner information in the CRM.
- Ensure data accuracy to support sales and reporting activities.
- Identify and implement improvements to sales operations processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline workflows and reduce bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage contracts, agreements, and sales documentation securely.
- Liaise with customers and internal teams on post-sales coordination and issue resolution.
Required Experience
- Experience in sales operations, sales administration, or order management roles.
- Background working with cross-functional teams such as sales, finance, and logistics.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

Proficient With
- CRM systems and sales databases.
- Sales reporting tools, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
- Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Experience Advantage
- Experience in renewable energy, energy storage, or technical product environments.
- Background in process improvement or sales workflow optimization.
