The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Plot all request to the delivery and collection schedule (Google Sheet for proper dispatch).
  • Monitoring of stocks.
  • Monitoring of Booking request.
  • Prepare items requested by rep/ Hospital.
  • Prepare SI, CR, DR. etc.
  • Monitoring of Email if there's a PO sent.
  • Remit Collections at accounting
  • Encoding Receipts
  • Answering Phone call of Rep & Hosp
  • Assisting in document compilation (Manuals, Certificate)
  • Filing of DR (replacement of item or issuance only)
  • Make a file for the monitoring of released items
  • Update Blanket PO from SLMC- Global & SLMC-QC
  • Coordinate with Reps other inquiries
  • Monitor Receipts (Assigned) & Receipts given to Rep
  • Monitor and process release of all importation.
  • Update the division on the status of all order and delivery request.
  • Track status of all shipments.
  • Create and manage tracker for Joints transactions.

Ideal Profile

  • You possess at least Bachelor's/ College Degree in any field.
  • You have at least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
  • You are willing to work in Makati City.
