Primarily responsible for enabling smooth customer switching, and overall smooth and efficient operations of the Sales and Engagement Team by handling non-customer, third-party related matters and coordinating and administering sales operations and support activities.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Third-Party Engagement
- Handles external relationships with non-customer, 3rd party partners, i.e. DU, PEZA, ERC, IEMOP, DOE to foster continuing mutual understanding, negotiate, communicate and fulfill requirements, and resolve problems quickly to support smooth marketing operations.
2. Administration of Sales Operations and Support Activities
- Leads internal coordination and finalizes documentation for customer switching, biddings and accreditations, and ensures that customer switching is a smooth experience overall for the customers, securing all necessary compliances, documentation, and other such mandatory requirements.
- Maintains internal databases and ensures availability for marketing analysis, planning and strategy development.
- Proposes and implements project protocols, processes and procedures to improve team's efficiency in marketing and sales.
3.Regulatory Reporting and Compliance
- Submits required reports to regulatory bodies and maintains subscriptions and licenses to ensure compliance and continued operations of the group.
