About the Role:

Are you passionate about data, analytics, and driving sales success We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst (Support) to join our growing team.

In this role, you will serve as the operational backbone of the sales organization, ensuring data accuracy, delivering actionable insights, maintaining reporting excellence, and supporting commission administration. Your work will directly influence sales performance, forecasting accuracy, and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Commission & Incentive Management:

  • Calculate and manage monthly and quarterly commission payouts for the sales team.
  • Investigate and resolve commission-related inquiries and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain and update commission plans, quotas, and incentive structures within CRM and tracking systems.
  • Ensure commission calculations are accurate and aligned with company policies.

Sales Insights & Analytics:

  • Monitor sales pipeline health and identify opportunities, risks, and performance trends.
  • Track key sales metrics, including lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-close conversion rates.
  • Analyze sales data and provide meaningful insights to support business planning and forecasting.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to drive informed decision -making.

Reporting & Data Management:

  • Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards that provide real-time visibility into sales KPIs.
  • Conduct regular CRM audits to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Update and maintain customer records, naming conventions, sector information, and other business-critical data.
  • Support data governance initiatives and ensure reporting integrity across sales systems.

Qualifications:

Required Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting sales teams through reporting, analysis, or operational functions.
  • Technical Skills Experience working with CRM platforms and the ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including:
  • Pivot Tables VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP,
  • INDEX/MATCH Data analysis and reporting Dashboard creation and data visualization.

Core Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to identify trends and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
