Job Description

Global business decisions rely on accurate data and efficient sales operations. In the Sales Operations Analyst role, you'll help optimize Salesforce data, streamline sales processes, and enable commercial teams to perform at their best. The Qualifications We Seek

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Sales Operations Analyst or in a similar role
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills preferred
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with management at all levels
• Salesforce experience is required

Your Daily Tasks

• Manage the Sales Operations request queue and new account request queue
• Maintain Salesforce data quality through data cleanup, deduplication, and record updates
• Update and administer account and opportunity team assignments
• Create ad hoc Salesforce reports and dashboards
• Maintain and update existing Salesforce records
• Monitor data input to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Perform other Salesforce data management tasks as required
