We are growing our Sales Operations organization in the Philippines and looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and highly collaborative Sales Operations Analyst to join our expanding team.

What You'll Do

As a Sales Operations Analyst with an entitlement focus, you will play a critical role in maintaining business accuracy, supporting the sales cycle, and ensuring clients receive the right products and services.

Entitlement & Contract Support

  • Manage and update client entitlement records (storage, usage, user access, etc.)
  • Interpret and extract key data points from client contracts to support decision-making
  • Facilitate contract modifications, renewals, amendments, and order changes
  • Monitor contract progress throughout its lifecycle

Sales Operations Excellence

  • Prepare opportunities, quotes, and contract documents
  • Maintain license inventory, analytics, and reconciliation reports
  • Support sales readiness and ensure teams are equipped with accurate process guides
  • Drive continuous process improvement by identifying issues and recommending solutions

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations to streamline workflows
  • Support CRM initiatives and uphold data quality standards
  • Collaborate in onboarding and offboarding processes for clients
  • Assist in training new team members as needed

Business Insights & Reporting

  • Produce analyses that highlight growth opportunities
  • Prepare recurring reports that help leadership make informed decisions
  • Manage multiple projects with strong prioritization and time management

What We're Looking For

Experience & Technical Skills

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years in contract administration, contract management, sales ops, or related roles
  • 1+ year hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and CPQ
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills a plus)
