Job Description

Job Title: Sales Compensation Analyst

Our client is growing the Revenue Operations to help achieve operational and financial goals through strategic incentive programs. In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations and the month-end crediting process in support of the global Revenue team. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue, Finance, and Operations teams to scale and improve compensation processes.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and brings strong knowledge of sales operations and crediting processes.

We are looking for process-driven professionals who can quickly own sales compensation operations while helping transform compensation strategy into a robust and scalable system. You will turn data into actionable insights by connecting short-term operational plans with long-term financial goals and analyzing trends for performance reporting. Strong communication skills, empathy, and a self-starter mindset are key. You will be joining a world-class Finance team focused on understanding and driving the factors behind company growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of a Revenue Operations Analyst include:

  • Assist in running and optimizing sales crediting processes, ensuring high-quality and accurate attainment calculations for global revenue teams
  • Interpret and apply Crediting and Sales Policies to crediting and compensation inquiries, ensuring compliance and managing exception requests
  • Partner with Business Technology to implement technical enhancements and automation
  • Collaborate with Revenue Strategy & Operations to improve policy, reporting, communications, and enablement for global revenue teams
  • Actively contribute to the growth of the Sales Compensation function by supporting ad hoc projects with flexibility and teamwork

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations, or related finance functions
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a bias toward action
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and experience deriving insights from data
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (functions, pivot tables, modeling, data analysis)
  • Strong understanding of data structures and data integrity concepts
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent experience)

Nice to Have

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools
