Salary: 25,000 + 1,500 allowance + 20,000 reimbursable transportation allowance

About the Role:
Boston Scientific Philippines is seeking 10 motivated Business Associate Trainees to join their dynamic team on a one-year project-based contract. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the medical technology industry across various locations in the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to understand trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape
- Perform fieldwork, interviews, and data gathering to generate actionable insights
- Identify growth opportunities in assigned territories
- Participate in sales calls, customer meetings, and product demonstrations
- Manage existing customer relationships and assist in achieving sales targets
- Support sales reporting and other related activities
- Under supervision, help develop new markets and acquire customers
Qualifications:
- University students graduating or recent graduates (Class of 2024 - 2025)
- Degrees in Pharmacy, Nursing, Biology, or related Life Sciences disciplines
- Priority given to applicants based in the specified regions (no relocation offered)
- Strong interest in sales within the medical technology field
- Excellent communication skills, self-driven, curious, resilient, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
