Job Description

Job Summary:

The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen brand presence within the retail and FMCG sector. This role oversees sales operations, trade marketing, brand campaigns, distribution channels, and customer relationship management to ensure achievement of business targets and sustainable growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and ensure achievement of KPIs.
  • Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance across modern trade, general trade, and e-commerce channels.
  • Ensure optimal product availability, merchandising standards, and execution in stores.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and product demand.
  • Plan and manage trade marketing activities, promotions, and in-store activations.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Manage product launches, pricing strategies, and promotional calendars.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing within Retail or FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, trade marketing, distribution management, and merchandising.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Can start ASAP.
