Role Description
The Sales and Marketing Executive helps drive business growth by generating leads, promoting company offerings, and supporting marketing campaigns. This role bridges sales and marketing efforts to build brand awareness and convert prospects into loyal clients.
Sales Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through online research, outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Schedule appointments and product or service demonstrations for the sales team.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects to ensure consistent communication and relationship building.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns (social media, email, and content marketing).
- Coordinate with the design and content team to produce promotional materials such as brochures, graphics, and blogs.
- Monitor engagement metrics and analyze campaign performance.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Assist in organizing company events, webinars, or online promotions.
- Help maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, or BPO operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM and marketing tools.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Analytical mindset with ability to monitor and interpret sales and marketing metrics.
- Must be willing to report onsite at JTB Hub, Purok 1, Baloc, Sto. Domingo, Nueva Ecija.
- Must be available to work night shift.
