The Qualifications We Seek
- At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Sales Marketing Coordinator
- Experience in the Australian real estate industry
- Experience using software such as Agent Box, Realhub, realestate.com.au, domain.com.au, and Monday.com
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Ability to perform independently at a high level with minimal supervision
- Displays a positive attitude, strong planning and execution skills, and a solid work ethic

- Create pre-list and appraisal links
- Create proposals
- Build marketing quotes
- Design marketing materials
- Upload marketing items
- Check compliance files
- Prepare OFI items in Homepass (brochures, rental letters, contracts)
- Create sales advice letters
- Create exchange letters
- Create settlement letters
- Send SWAT material to the agent and liaise with them for approval
- Create artwork ready for proofing
- Liaise with EA regarding all artwork and seek final approval
- Create a marketing calendar and ensure campaign items appear as per schedule
- Build property profiles and manage Homepass entries
- Make adjustments to live properties (price variations, DOM changes, price removals, open home changes) and update marketing throughout the campaign
- Coordinate, prepare, and manage Just Listed and Sold success campaigns
- Manage testimonials
