Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses.
Identify potential new clients and market segments to expand the restaurants clientele base.
Networking and Promotional Activities:
Attend networking events, trade shows, and community activities to promote Morton's Steakhouse and its brand.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and outreach campaigns.
Team Leadership and Training:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and customer service.
Train staff on sales techniques, customer engagement, and product knowledge to enhance overall sales effectiveness.
Event Planning and Coordination:
Collaborate with clients to plan and execute special events, private dining experiences, and corporate gatherings at the restaurant.
Manage logistical aspects of events, including menu selection, pricing, and staffing.
Reporting and Analysis:
Monitor sales performance against targets, providing regular updates to restaurant management.
Prepare reports and presentations detailing sales growth, client acquisition, and market analysis.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field. 3-5+ years of proven sales management experience in the food & beverage or hospitality industry.
With at least 3-5 years or more of experience in sales management within the food & beverage or hospitality industry.
Must have exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for fostering lasting client and team relationships.
Must have strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and craft innovative strategies.
Must have knowledge of fine dining standards, with a love for high-quality cuisine and wine.
Flexibility to be assigned to specific store or branch locations as required.
