Role Description

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Sales Manager based in Tagaytay. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales operations, driving team productivity, and contributing to the achievement of company revenue and growth targets. This role includes recruiting, training, and mentoring Property Specialists, developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Sales Manager will also work closely with other departments in executing business initiatives and project goals.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Operations

Experience in Customer Service and client relationship management

Proven ability in team management and leadership

Experience in business development and sales growth

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Proactive, results-driven, and decisive

Willing to work on-site in Tagaytay

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred

Background in real estate is a plus

Requirement:

Must have a starting manpower of at least three (3) Property Specialists, preferably residing in the Alabang area, Tagaytay, or nearby locations.
