Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Cagayan de Oro. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new leads, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales targets to contribute to the hotel's revenue growth. Key duties include identifying new business opportunities, developing effective sales strategies, managing and mentoring the sales team, and collaborating with other departments to deliver exceptional service and meet organizational goals. The Sales Manager will also prepare sales reports, analyze market trends, and represent Seda Hotels at industry events and meetings.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales Strategy, Lead Generation, and Revenue Growth
- Strong Client Relationship Management and Networking skills
- Experience in Market Analysis and Business Development
- Proficiency in Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation
- Leadership and Team Management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of the local market in Cagayan de Oro is highly advantageous
