Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
