Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Bacolod. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to achieve targets, creating and implementing effective sales strategies, and identifying new business opportunities. The role will include building relationships with clients, monitoring market trends, analyzing sales performance data, and providing regular reports to management. The Sales Manager will also oversee the recruitment, training, and development of a high-performing sales team to drive company goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and mentor a sales team
  • Sales Strategy Development, Business Development, and Target Achievement skills
  • Experience in client relationship management and customer engagement
  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with proficiency in creating and interpreting sales performance reports
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced on-site environment
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry is preferred but not required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
