Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Central Luzon, Philippines. The Sales Manager will oversee and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth, coordinate with clients to maintain strong business relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include meeting or exceeding sales targets, maintaining industry knowledge, collaborating with other departments, and preparing reports on market trends and sales performance. The Sales Manager will also play a key role in creating customized proposals and delivering presentations to clients.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Business acumen and market research skills for identifying growth opportunities and trends
  • Strong client relationship management and account management skills
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
  • Work experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus
