- Monitor Display/Visibility in stores.
- Disseminate and monitor Marketing Promotions
- Communication and Coordination with stakeholders: Mall Admin, SEPCO, MD,
Logistics, National & Local Government, etc
- Implementing memo's in store
- Other orders that may be issued from time to time, if warranted.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (standard baseline in sales leadership).
Proven sales experience, typically 38 years with several in a supervisory or team-lead role.
Leadership & team management skills ability to coach, mentor, and lead a sales team toward targets.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
Results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Analytical skills to interpret sales data, monitor performance metrics, and strategize improvements.
Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools for reporting and tracking sales.
