We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at OfficePartners, 360 Inc. in Cebu City, Cebu. This full-time role is responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve exceptional results. As the Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales strategy and contributing to its overall success.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and coach a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed their individual and team sales targets
- Monitor and analyse sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales campaigns
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on team performance and key metrics
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales management or team leadership role, preferably in the call centre or customer service industry
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both customers and team members
- Proficient in data analysis and performance management, with the ability to identify and implement effective strategies
