Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and accelerate our sales growth in new regions. This role is pivotal in expanding our presence in new regions and markets, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue in an international setting.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets starting from APAC.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and accounts with international portfolios.
  • Actively build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and counterparts across regions.
  • Represent Labrador in client meetings, negotiations, and industry events globally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.

Requirements

  • Proven experience inleading sales growth in new regions and marketswithin an international context.
  • Strong track record of managingaccounts with international portfolios.
  • Experience in selling design, publication, technology and data products/services.
  • ExcellentEnglish communication skills(written and verbal).
  • Ability and willingness totravel internationallyfor client meetings and business development.
  • Wiling to report inPasig, Philippines, with flexibility to work from Manila and travel as needed.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Hubspot is a plus.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and adaptable to diverse cultural environments.

Preferred Experience

  • Background in technology-driven solutions, data, and communication services.
  • Familiarity with regional business practices in Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.
  • Experience in building long-term strategic partnerships.
