Grow the connection to project management, technical department, offers department (SDG), technical office, sales and controlling of Kosme.
Quality management: to ensure the quality of all the projects coming out from Kosme to Krones AG and Subsidiaries (configurations, layout concepts, budget quotations, inquiries, material, information, presentations) and of all the information coming in from Krones AG and Subsidiaries to Kosme to define the adequate offer for the Customer. Dedication to translate in a correct and clear way the requests coming from the market and to collect and to transfer on time to Kosme all the necessary information to be able to prepare the adequate offers for the Customer
Grow relationship, dialogue, and strong contact with the Customer to collect and transfer to Kosme all the necessary information and details to be able to prepare an adequate and precise quotation
Expert-level customer consulting as well as comprehensive, well-founded technical clarification, presentation and negotiation of offers with customers
Targeted and comprehensively qualification of customer requirements for internal interfaces by using and maintaining the current CRM system as a central sales tool, taking into account the current CRM guidelines
Transparent reporting of all sales activities including forecasts to management based on the data maintained in CRM
Punctuality management: to ensure that all the projects are coming out on time from Kosme to Krones AG and Subsidiaries (configurations, layout concepts, budget quotations, inquiries, material, information, presentation) and that all the information coming from Krones AG/Subsidiaries to Kosme are complete, clear, on time
Prepare budgetary machines and lines quotations when requested with high degree of autonomy
Optimization of Kosme Risk Analysis costs and Scope of Supply to maximize competitiveness and to allow Krones AG to include Kosme Projects in the RSP Tool
Miscellaneous tasks as regards Kosme APAC projects support
Plan in details projects and define the progression of orders with the cooperation of all the Kosme resources
Plan recurring meeting with the Regional Sales Managers to verify the alignment with the previsions done and of the working progress respect to the offers and to the projects
Share the technical and commercial information with all the departments interested as soon as possible, in a transparent and complete way
Ensure, in accordance with the Regional Sales Manager, the quality of the sales conditions and the sales contracts
Highly complex technical and commercial order clarification including contract design within the framework of Krones governance in close cooperation with internal interfaces
Travel frequently to meet Customers and Sales colleagues of Krones AG subsidiaries within the Region
Contribution of own ideas, strategies and extensive project experience for sales promotion and active exchange with management and other sales regions to ensure adherence to the Krones sales policy, risk management and compliance guidelines
