Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Quezon City. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop strategies to achieve sales targets, and manage business relationships with clients and partners. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, leading the sales team, preparing sales reports, and staying up-to-date with market trends to enhance the company's competitive position. The role also requires delivering exceptional client service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Skills in Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, and Negotiation
  • Strong Leadership and Team Management capabilities
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Sales tools and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Knowledge of the livestock, poultry, or feed industry is highly advantageous
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet sales objectives
