This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager at Java Hotel, located in Ilocos Norte. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and analyzing market trends to inform sales planning. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with marketing teams, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored solutions for client needs.

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
• Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends, develop sales forecasts, and create effective strategies
• Proficient in Communication, Presentation, and Collaboration
• Organized and results-driven, with the ability to meet sales targets
• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel sales is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
