Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Taguig. The Sales Manager will lead end-to-end sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, and managing the sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue targets. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies for digital services, preparing proposals and pricing, and negotiating contracts in coordination with internal stakeholders. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their business needs, and positioning iOPEX solutions to address those needs. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with delivery, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless handover, accurate forecasting, and continuous improvement in sales effectiveness and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in IT services, digital operations, or technology-driven solutions.
- Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, including territory planning, opportunity prioritization, and account growth plans.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable interpreting client requirements and translating them into tailored service proposals in collaboration with technical and delivery teams.
- Experience using CRM tools and sales analytics to track performance, forecast revenue, and report on key metrics.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with operations, finance, legal, and marketing teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Background in selling to international clients or Fortune 500 companies is an advantage.
