Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Clinic and Sales Manager to join our team in Taguig and Quezon City branches. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing clinic operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional patient experiences. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting revenue targets, building and maintaining client relationships, and coordinating with medical and administrative teams. The ideal candidate will also ensure the clinic maintains compliance with industry regulations and delivers a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership, team management, and staff coordination experience
• Knowledge of sales, client engagement strategies, and effective sales techniques
• Strong understanding of clinic administration, operational processes, and compliance
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to strategize and meet sales and performance goals
• Proficiency in using business tools such as CRM and other relevant software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in a healthcare or aesthetic clinic setting is a plus
