Duties And Responsibilities
Sales Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned market segments.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and presentations to promote hotel products and services.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and quotations for clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, and business partners.
Account Management
- Manage and grow existing client accounts to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and account updates.
Revenue Generation
- Achieve individual and departmental sales targets and revenue goals.
- Promote hotel facilities including rooms, meetings, conferences, and events.
- Coordinate with Revenue Management to optimize rates and availability.
Client Relations
- Ensure prompt responses to client inquiries and requests.
- Conduct site inspections and hotel presentations for prospective clients.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and handle client concerns effectively.
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with Reservations, Banquets, Front Office, and other operational departments to ensure smooth execution of bookings and events.
- Participate in sales meetings, strategy discussions, and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Goal-oriented with strong sales and presentation skills.
