  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve room, banquet, and overall revenue targets.
  • Lead, supervise, and support the sales team to ensure consistent achievement of goals and KPIs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, and partners.
  • Oversee sales activities including client presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.
  • Collaborate with Revenue, Reservations, and Marketing to optimize pricing, occupancy, and revenue performance.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and demand patterns to adjust sales strategies.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management review.
  • Ensure proper handling of group bookings, events, and long-stay accounts.
  • Represent the hotel in trade fairs, sales missions, and industry networking events.
  • Ensure excellent customer relationship management and after-sales support to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
