Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of qualified opportunities endorsed by the Client Engagement team, driving them through the final stages of the sales cycle
  • Lead solution positioning, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations to successfully close deals
  • Analyze client requirements and align them with the most suitable IT solutions, ensuring both technical fit and commercial viability
  • Develop and present tailored proposals, pricing models, and deal structures that address client needs while meeting company targets
  • Act as the primary negotiator, managing objections, mitigating risks, and aligning expectations between client and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with the Client Engagement and Technical teams to ensure seamless handover, solution alignment, and deal execution
  • Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders to accelerate deal closure and secure long-term partnerships
  • Ensure all contractual agreements are accurate, compliant, and aligned with company standards
  • Track deal progress, forecast revenue, and provide regular updates on pipeline status and closing timelines
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within active deals and existing accounts

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT solution selling, B2B sales, or enterprise sales, with strong exposure to closing deals
  • Proven track record in negotiation, contract management, and deal closing
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, pre-sales, and technical teams)
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategies, commercial models, and contract structuring
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and high-level negotiation skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence decision-makers
  • Results-driven, detail-oriented, and highly accountable for revenue targets
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and objection-handling skills
