EVOxCharge is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead revenue growth and expand our EV charging and energy solutions across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. This role requires strong technical sales capability, strategic thinking, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for EV charging and energy solutions
- Identify and acquire clients from commercial, residential, and industrial projects
- Conduct client meetings, site assessments, and product presentations
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers
- Manage the full sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts
- Build partnerships with developers, contractors, fleet operators, and corporate clients
- Coordinate with engineering and operations teams for smooth project turnover
- Represent the company in events, trade shows, and partner activities
- Maintain strong after-sales support and customer relations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
- 35 years of proven sales experience, preferably in:
Commercial developments
Residential projects
Industrial facilities
- Experience in technical, construction, automotive, or energy-related sales is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and key accounts
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to do fieldwork
