Lead, mentor and manage the Commercial and Industrial Sales team.
Develop sales strategies for commercial building projects and industrial projects.
Build strong relationships with top-tier clients and decision-makers.
Oversee bidding, proposals, and project negotiations.
Ensure consistent achievement of the revenue goals.
Develop the consistency-framework and ensure that the training needs of direct reports/ subordinates are provided.
Formulates, implements, and reviews sales policies, practices and procedures for better sales efficiency per account.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management or it's equivalent work experience.
Having a license of Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer is a plus
Minimum of five (5) years of working experience in sales field
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales target
