Role Summary

We are hiring a high-performing Sales Manager to drive new customer acquisition for Juniper network infrastructure solutions in the Metro Manila enterprise market. This is a pure hunting role focused on building new relationships, expanding market presence, and delivering strong topline revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Drive 100% new business development across enterprise accounts in Metro Manila (private sector only).

Sell a portfolio of network infrastructure solutions including Juniper, Cisco, and Extreme Networksrouters, switches, SD-WAN, and managed services.

Build and manage a strong pipeline, leveraging both personal Rolodex and lead generation support from inside sales and Juniper partnerships.

Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, solution positioning, commercial negotiation, and closure.

Collaborate with India-based pre-sales and local PH service delivery for solution design and support.

Ensure quarterly and annual quota achievement (USD 22.5M FY26).

Maintain strong gross margin performance tied to compensation.

Candidate Profile

8+ years of experience in network infrastructure sales, ideally with Juniper or Cisco solutions.

Proven track record of achieving USD 23M annual sales targets in enterprise accounts.

Strong hunter mentality with an established network of enterprise clients in Metro Manila.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Aggressive, results-driven, and self-motivated sales professional.

Open to candidates at Manager or Senior Manager level.
