We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with strong experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a background in national sales management to join our growing team.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field
Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least a 3-5 years in a managerial role
Experience as a National Sales Manager (NSM) or in handling nationwide sales operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products, market trends, and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience managing key accounts and distributor relationships
Willingness to travel and oversee field sales teams across multiple regions
