Role Description
The role is a full-time position for a plastic manufacturing company responsible for the design and implementation of the strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base.
Manage, set objectives, and provide mentorship to the sales representatives.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 35 years of experience in sales, preferably within the manufacturing, plastic industry, or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.
Proven track record of managing a sales team, including coaching, performance monitoring, and territory management.
Strong ability to analyze sales data, prepare forecast reports, and utilize CRM software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino to effectively negotiate with wholesalers, retailers, and corporate clients.
Familiarity with the industrial landscape of Bulacan and North Luzon is a significant advantage.
Willing to be assigned in Meycauayan, Bulacan
