Job Description

Camtek a global leading Semiconductor Equipment company specialize in Wafer Inspection & Metrology Systems with expansion for our operation in Singapore is seeking for a sales oriented and dynamic individuals to be part of our growth in South East Asia ;

Sales Manager

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in nurturing and growing the business to achieve the company expansion target.

Responsibilities :

  • Build and grow relationships with foundries, IDMs, and OSATs.
  • Develop new accounts and explore opportunities in new and existing markets.
  • Understand customers needs and recommending appropriate product solutions to meet business objectives
  • Support existing clients while ensuring satisfaction, and growing revenue from established relationships.
  • Manage forecasts, update CRM, and provide weekly sales reports.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: follow up on leads, present solutions, prepare quotations, review customers specifications, negotiate, and provide post‑sales support through to final payment.
  • Meet and achieve assigned business goals and objectives within his/ her territory.
  • Travel as needed for meetings, training, trade shows, and client visits.

Your profile:

  • Diploma or BS/MS degree in a technical field, business administration, or related discipline
  • Several years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing; familiarity with inspection or metrology is an advantage
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably with capital equipment
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to travel on short notice
  • Flexible to respond during off-hours and thrive in a fast-paced semiconductor environment
  • Sales-driven, creative, dynamic, and independent
