We are looking for a highly hands on, people and sales centric individual with leadership qualities to run our Plastic Surgery Clinic. This individual needs to have the company as priority and able to balance work relationship with operation staff.
Jobs Scope:
- Manage and motivate the entire operation team.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales plans.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and monitor performance.
- Coordinate with other departments.
- Support pricing, proposals, and negotiations.
- Ad-hoc management duties
Requirement:
- Min 3 years of management experience in Aesthetic industry
- Individuals with strong portfolio in Sales and Management will be considered
- Experience in Plastic Surgery service is a bonus
- Experience as a Clinic Assistant and work well with Doctors is a bonus
- Strong leadership ability and work well under pressure.

Work Timing: 6 Days/Week
Weekdays: 11am - 830pm
Weekends: 10am - 730pm
