Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cagayan De Oro City for the position of Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will lead and manage a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets, identify and develop new business opportunities, and sustain healthy relationships with clients and stakeholders. The role will involve recruiting sales representatives, setting sales goals, analyzing market trends, and creating strategies to drive revenue growth. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring the team to enhance their performance and ensure adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in sales, customer relationship management, and business development
  • Team leadership, coaching, and performance management experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to interpret market trends to create actionable strategies
  • Proficiency in planning and organizing for achieving sales goals
  • Experience in financial services or insurance industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Adaptability and willingness to work on-site in Cagayan De Oro City
  • Team Player and Coachable
