This is a contract role for a Broker Sales Manager with Filinvest Land Inc. The role is hybrid-based in Cagayan De Oro City, allowing for occasional work from home. The Broker Sales Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with brokers, implementing sales strategies, coordinating with marketing teams, conducting market research, and tracking sales performance. The individual will also be responsible for training brokers, ensuring compliance with company policies, and achieving sales targets.

• Strong experience in Broker Relationship Management and Sales Strategy Implementation
• Excellent skills in Market Research, Sales Performance Tracking, and Marketing Coordination
• Capability in Broker Training and Knowledge of Compliance Policies
• Proven ability to achieve Sales Targets
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to changes
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
