Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 5 experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Sales Target planning and strategy
- Preparation Business Review
- Sell out monitoring.
- Train and supervise Retail Team
- Management and training of Retail sales team
- Scheduling and coaching
- Inventory Khamenei
- Daily Monitoring of inventory (WOS)
- Cash and Credit Management (CMs)
- Audit: Cash, Inventory, Operations Procedure
- Crisis Management : Customer complaints, Product issues, warranties, Governmental
Requirements, etc
- Dealing with Bank queries for Credit card agreement
- Retail Marketing & RIS
- Supervision of Store Marketing Programs and collateralized, POPs, etc
- CRM Customer Relations Marketing
- Monitor Display/Visibility in stores.
- Disseminate and monitor Marketing Promotions
- Communication and Coordination with stakeholders: Mall Admin, SEPCO, MD,
Logistics, National & Local Government, etc
- Implementing memo's in store
- Other orders that may be issued from time to time, if warranted.
