KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales Leadership and Strategy
- Lead, coach, and manage the regional sales team to achieve sales and collection targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and business growth.
- Monitor sales performance and implement action plans to address gaps.
2. Sales Operations and Performance Management
- Establish sales targets, collection quotas, and performance KPIs for the sales team.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development plans.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports and provide regular updates to Management.
3. Customer and Business Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer accounts within the region.
- Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Team Development
- Conduct product, sales, and process training for new and existing sales personnel.
- Ensure the team is knowledgeable about products, pricing, and sales procedures.
- Foster a high-performance, customer-focused sales culture.
5. Administrative and Financial Management
- Manage commission schemes, travel expenses, and sales-related administrative requirements.
- Ensure accurate processing of sales reports, expense claims, and commission payouts.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and budget controls.
6. Collection Management
- Establish collection targets and monitor the collection performance of the sales team against established goals.
- Develop and implement collection strategies to ensure timely payment and reduction of overdue accounts.
- Coordinate with Finance and Billing to resolve collection issues.
- Ensure compliance with company credit and collection policies.
7. Other Duties
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
- At least 5–10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive, trucking, logistics, or related industries.
- Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Proven experience managing sales operations and handling accounts in the Visayas and Mindanao regions.
- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.

- Fluency in Bisaya, Ilonggo (Hiligaynon), Waray, and/or other local dialects is an advantage to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders
Working Conditions
- Frequent travel within assigned territories to visit customers, manage field operations, and attend business meetings and company events.
